This Privacy Policy describes how LuminaPOS and the LuminaPOS platform (operated by RXD) collect, use, and share information when you use our websites (lumina-pos.com, axnails.com) and the LuminaPOS iOS app (bundle ID com.rxd.luminapos).
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, and credentials you provide when you register or sign in.
- Tenant and business data. Tenant profile details, staff roster, services, appointments, customers, and related operational records you enter into the product.
- Device and push tokens. When you allow notifications in the LuminaPOS iOS app, we store an Apple device push token, bundle ID, and push environment (Sandbox or Production) so we can deliver alerts about bookings and tenant activity.
- Technical logs. Server logs may include IP address, timestamps, and request paths needed to operate and secure the service (including rate limiting on login).
2. How we use information
- Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
- Provide tenant management, booking, and staff workflows.
- Send push notifications you have opted into.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- Prevent abuse and protect accounts.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service, for example:
- With Apple for push delivery (device tokens via APNs).
- With infrastructure providers that host our servers and databases.
- When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
LuminaPOS is not a payment application and does not store card numbers.
4. Data storage and retention
Account and tenant data are stored on our production systems until you delete the relevant records or request account closure. Device push tokens are removed when you sign out, uninstall, or revoke notification permission and the app unregisters the token. Authentication tokens are stored securely (for example in the iOS Keychain on device).
5. Your choices
- You can decline or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
- You can update or delete tenant/customer data you control in the product.
- To request account deletion or access to your personal data, contact us using the email below.
6. Children
The service is intended for business operators and staff, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
